Dance Party

Tonight Kae and I ran out for a few errands. We stopped at Staples first and as were were looking for envelopes Kae started dancing to some song playing in the store. She stopped and looked at me and gasped. "What? You too good to dance with me in Staples?" she asked. Not even for a second did I think about the people around me. The aisle could have been packed for all I knew. I took a giant step towards Kae and busted the silliest move I knew. Nothing too dramatic, a little arm waving and butt shaking, but it made us both smile.

Next we hit 5 Below (total crap) and not only danced in there, but also had a lightsaber battle. We did the same in Barnes and Noble (sans battle) and then again in Pier 1. On our way out Kae noted that we had a dance party in every store we went to, and that I even started some (and she even took my hand as we went store to store... YAY!). It wasn't planned, it was just how we felt, and who the two of us are when we are together.

I love it.
