We're sorry but it's time to go....

All week I've been walking around the house singing Beatles songs, mostly Sgt. Peppers... oh, and the first line of Dizzy Miss Lizzy because my Mom's cousin Matt has sung it to me since I was 10 any time I see him (which I love).

Around the house I sing Here comes the Sun, Strawberry Fields... occasionally a few lines from Revolution. My favorite song is She Came in through the Bathroom Window. I even saw my brother do it once live, and LOVED it. Here's Frampton's version of it:



In the Sgt. Pepper movie there's a song called I want You. The first 3 verses are all the same, one is sung by this Bigwig, cigar toting record company guy, one by the sexy limo driver chick, and one by the sleazy agent guy. Fran would sing the sleazy agent guy part, I'd sing the sexy limo driver part and Karen would be the bigwig. It was hysterical because she was like 7 at the time. It's a pretty long video, but you can see the 3 parts we used to sing in the first 2 minutes of it. Karen's first, then mine, then Fran's.

PS. Today ends another 2 straight weeks of blogging. Well played Cousin, well played. While I think I may take a break from the blog every single day thing I'm going to try and keep the Beatles theme through April since I've really enjoyed it.
