Fun in Harrisburg

Kae, Smash and I are spending the weekend in Harrisburg. Today Drew and Anna had a BBQ with a bunch of people from Drew's work. Everyone was really nice and we ate and swam all day. The guys designed a new game to play in the pool and the kids joined them in playing it all afternoon. I sat poolside and soaked in the sun all day (catch rays while you can, right Jen?). Then most of us went to the riverfront in Harrisburg for a great fireworks show. It's really cool to lay on a blanket by the bank and watch the fireworks. They reflect beautifully off the Susquehanna river.

When we got home we had our own little fireworks show with some sparkler and flashy firework things. They were pretty cool, without the big loud bangs (which is just fine by me). Now I'm sitting, comfy in pj's, watching Drew play poker with Kae and Smash. This weekend has flown by... luckily there's no work tomorrow!
