Good Morning From the Falls

As I type this post I'm looking out the window of our room. The mist from the falls is this huge white cloud that's constantly changing. We walked down to the falls yesterday with Donna and Pat and when you're down there the mist feels like rain (but we didn't care!) You can barely hear the falls with the window closed in our room, but with it open it's the most wonderful sound. The falls move faster than I thought they would, I could stare at it for hours. I've already taken over 70 pictures.

Last night (after a nice long nap) we met up with Donna and Pat again and headed for the pool. The hotel has a large indoor pool with a hot tub for about 10 people attached. In an adjacent room there's another hot tub (about a 15 person size) with a tile wall that had cooler water running down it. Kae, Drew, Donna and I hopped hot tub to hot tub for about an hour, and it felt GREAT!

Other items of note:

* Donna and Pat are on the 16th floor, we're below on 15 which is really cool
* There's a game room and Starbucks in the lobby
* Troll, Pat's Mom and Norma were given a non-falls view room, complained and were
upgraded to a suite. I think the same thing happened with the neighbors.

Everyone else is still (mostly) asleep. We're leaving for the New York side of the falls at around 2 today, Donna and Pat are getting married at 3. After the wedding we're having dinner on the New York side as well. Tomorrow night we're all having dinner at the Skylon Towers (www.skylon.com).

That's it for now, more pictures during the day as the fun continues.
