I'm tired! I feel like singing that song from Blazing Saddles... the one that Madeline Kahn (aka Lili Von Shtupp) sings... just so fwiggin' tired...

tired of playing the game

god dammit i'm exhausted


ok, so maybe you're not a fan of the Mel Brooks movies, but I'm really really tired, and Madeline Kahn always makes me laugh. I'm putting off getting dressed because that means that I'm going to have to go to work. I'm working 11-10 tonight, more thrilling hours like 10:30-10:30 coming next week. Can't wait :-(

On the brighter side I did have someone start last night that actually wanted to do work. She helped customers, repacked things and kept herself busy. It was a total miracle. These people think I'm kidding when I say that I'm going to give all the hours to people who actually work. Wait until they see the next schedule I do... hey, I get paid whether they like me or not, I'm there to run a business not find Jen's replacement (I mean, come ON, who could ever replace Jen?). It's not about friendship, it's about doing a job. Now if I could just hire 10 more people like that by next week I'd be golden. Hee Hee.

Update on that employee: Uh... she sucks too. I've got 3-4 good ones, that's it.
