Tivo is the coolest invention ever. It's like having a vcr with an endless tape in it. Watching a show and really want to watch it again, hit record and it saves the whole show no matter how far into it you are. It's amazing. I schedule random things to record and watch them whenever there's nothing else on. Here's a peek at what's stored on my Tivo (and why):
- 24 - the last 2 episodes of last season. We always forget what happened last time so this helps with the catching up.
- Battlestar Gallactica - last episode of the season (see reason above)
- Batman Begins - If you haven't seen this movie you really should watch it. I'm not a fan of the Batman flicks but this one was great. It's darker, and Christian Bale is a total hottie.
- Deadliest Catch - sometimes I just want to see people pummeled by big waves
- Grey's Anatomy and Nip/Tuck - whatever the current episode is. I catch up during the week. I'm new to Nip/Tuck but it's growing on me as fast as my interest is dropping in Grey's Anatomy.
- Just Shoot Me - The Chicken Pot Pie episode totally makes me giggle my ass off
- Will and Grace - The Matt Damon episode (one of my favs, we have the Cher doll episode too on the other Tivo)
- Seinfeld - the Soup Nazi episode
On the downstairs Tivo (his and hers) Kae and I record House because he cracks us up and we never remember to watch the show. I'm also thinking I'm going to start recording It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The commercials just look silly and I don't think there's any kind of back story that I'll really be missing if I start watching it now. I've tried to get into Lost, but I'm just way too far behind.
