We go together like a womp-bop-a-loo-bop-a- womp bam boom

It's official, I am now picking blogathon titles by which song I mind being stuck in my head the least. Those Magic Changes is not fun to wake up singing. Aaaaanywayyyyyy......

You know I got a new phone, right? My very first gadgety phone, and as a (non)geek (living in a geeks world) I am overdue. It's my ipod, phone and calendar all in one, and it's got a camera on it decent for blogging. I can use songs from my iTunes to set as peoples ringtones. Apple's official policy on this is that you need to buy the song from them $.99 and then "convert it" for another $.99. The nice thing about this is that you can pick the exact part of the song you want as the ringtone. The downside is $2 a ringtone can get expensive. My new phone number is a "business" type number (you know, like 717-555-4000), and with that comes the wrong number calls. I've already gotten 7-8 of them. So, I set my default ringer to one of the standard ones, and then have a different ringtone for people in my contacts. Genius, right? That way I know if the phone is ringing from someone I know before I bolt upstairs to get it, and can just let it ring if it's not. (You're all in there though unless there's a rogue blog reader I'm not aware of).

I did find a site that "shares" ringtones for iPhones or lets you make them out of songs you already own, which I really think is only fair. All the music I have is either from CD, or iTunes with the exception of one CD my brother-in-law burned for me because the Beatles are all hoity-toity about there music with Apple. So now my dilemma comes, oh what can I make your ringtone? I have a few selected already:

Kar/Mere/Chris - We are Family (I got all my sistas and me)
Dad - The beginning of Ain't that a Kick in the Head by Dean Martin
Drew - You Save Me (our wedding song)
Kae - Some Jonas Brothers crap she requested

Right now everyone else in my contacts list is set to Bob Marley's Three Little Birds (every little 'ting, gonna be all right), my personal mantra, but I need more. Jen C. it only seems right that I use Sheryl Crow or Jimmy Buffett, Jen T. it must be Duran Duran, but what songs? Such a vast catalog of possibilities.

Blog title from "We Go Together".

When you sent out your number, I thought the same thing...kinda business-y.

Well Jimmy's Margaritaville would be a great choice, and Sheryl's Soak up the Sun is also good, my suggestion would be..the theme from FRIENDS :) Clip it to start at "I'll be there for you..." Just seems like...perfection :D

Love & Misses!!!

OMG! Your title was going to be mine today! I'm thinking "Rio" for a good Cousin Jennifer ringtone. I also suggest just deleting Jen C. from your phone...no good can come from talking to her. :)
