Barack the Vote!

Please make sure you get out and vote today. The 2000 election was decided by 537 votes so every vote actually DOES count. Drew and I were already in line when the polls opened at 7 this morning and did our part to Barack the Vote.

Oh... and then call my Mom and ask her who she voted for, but don't expect her to tell you :)

"Um, Hi. Is this Liz's mom? Yes, well my name is Keith, and I play an online video game with your daughter and her husband. She wanted me to call you to ask if you voted..."

"Hi, Mom. Liz wanted me to call and see how your day is going. Soooo... did you vote Democrat this time? Yes I know you're a registered Democrat, I'm asking who you voted for, though. Did you vote for Obama? Yes I know, secret ballot. Obama? Tap once for yes, twice for no. Tap. No, just tap. Make some kind of noise. No? Nothing? Dang it!!" (Mom lauging)

Hi Keith, this is LizAnne's Mom. Yes I did vote today and no I won't tell you who for. I would disappoint my daughters if is didn't say "That's why they call it a secret ballot."
