Where in the World is Karen Rivera?

I'm going to make this one a two-fer. This is not only a where in the world is Karen Rivera post, it's also a let's learn about Peru post. In Huacho, Peru they have an annual guinea pig festival. The celebration of the 'cuy', as guinea pigs are known in the Andes, includes contests for best-dressed, fastest, and other categories.

Here we see Olivia snuggling up to this years winner in the "Village People" costume contest.

This years winner, was Popó Mucho.
