Something has been eating my basil. Not only eating the big beautiful leaves, but digging up the seedlings beginning to sprout along the bottom. I think it's chipmunks but can't be 100% sure. With the plethora of bamboo available in my back yard I've fashioned a bamboo barrier to let the sun shin through, but keep the little critters out. Continue to come between me and my basil, critters, and I will spear you and throw you on my grill.... with basil.

You know I don't grow fresh herbs anymore because of squirrels. Not because they ate them, or dug them up. Because I saw two squirrels having relations in my Rosemary. Blech!
