So let the party and the sound rock on

Yesterday was Homecoming at Drew's alma matter Kutztown University. Band alumni were invited to play with the aptly named Alumni Band. They practiced all morning (in the rain) and then marched over to the field right before the game. They sat in the stands next to the (current) band and got to play at halftime. We got to sit with them too. Drew played tenor drums, which look like 4 drums in an arc shape that he wears. He got to march again with the band, and with his sister, also an alumni. In the video above you can see Drew. He's in the center of the screen. It really was a peek inside what was a great time in Drew's life. Hopefully we'll get to do it again next year. The sun came out at the beginning of the first quarter, the game was fun to watch, and the beat played on :)
