As I type this Drew and I are in the basement (read: cave) watching 1408 on Showtime. It's a great movie because 3/4 of it is John Cusack in a crazy haunted room. In case you missed my "For Love of Lloyd Dobler" post, you should know that I just love John Cusack. I was trying to think of a blog topic and wanted to incorporate John Cusack movies I like in it but quite honestly there are only about 2 John Cusack movies I would ever change the channel past (Eight Men Out and The Journey of Natty Gann).
I opened Blogger to make my post and saw that last Saturday my blog title began with "5 Random...". I decided I would make this a weekly event and try and write a "5 Random" post every Saturday.
5 Random John Cusack Movies I Love
1. Martian Child
2. The Grifters
3. True Colors - throw a little Jimmy Spader into the mix, woo hoo!
4. High Fidelity
5. Con Air

Um, hello, "Grosse Pointe Blank"? My favorites are the ones that also have Joan Cusak.
I will miss you today.
Grosse Pointe Blank was excellent, so was Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Say Anything, Pushing Tin (Helloooo Angelina)... they are all good unless they are about baseball or a runaway on a train.
Did you see Martian Child? So good. His sister is in that, too.
Umm...Crrriiisssssmaaasss....
CHRISTMAS!!!!!
Better Off Dead!! :)
Better Off Dead is certainly the funniest, and of course most quotable, but I find him much more handsome from Say Anything on.
If I could re-write "Grosse Pointe Blank", I would have Joan Cusack beat up Minnie Driver.
