Drew and I decided yesterday that when we're rich from his computer-related brilliance, and no longer have to worry about money, I can open a bakery. We love to dream like that. I even came up with a possible name, Rosette's (a hidden nod to my Mom and Mom-Mom who we all know are so cool). What a cool name!
Last night we all sat down for a real dinner, we've been doing that more lately. I made Caesar salad, garlic bread, spaghetti and Chicken Parmesan. I'm not a big fan of the parm, but Drew loves it so I like to make it for special occasions. For dessert I made red velvet cupcakes with Sprinkles Mix from Williams-Sonoma. I took the picture above because I could not believe how beautiful they came out. Big cupcakes too, not those tiny little half filled suckers, with homemade cream cheese icing. They were delicious
After dinner we (Drew, Kae and I) watched the wedding video for the first time. It was better than I thought it was going to be. It was the best day of my life, hands down, but it's a blur. It was nice to just watch what happened, and to see everyone having as good of a time as we were having. This is the first Valentines Day Drew and I have spent together. Previously they were during the week when we lived apart, and last year I was trapped in the Blizzard in Scranton. It was so nice just to all be together this year.
Hope you had a nice Valentines Day.

Argh...Valentine's Day was awful last year!!! I remember your plight. We had an ice storm and my train broke down on the way into the city. It took me almost 5 hours to get 2 miles from my home and back!
On a brighter note, I want to devour one of those cupcakes. I would shop at your bakery if you made those! You make yummy peppermint bark too.
Umm....YUM!!! They look delish!!!
